Rep. Johnson's office helped with VA issue

October 23, 2006

I would like Champaign County voters to know how Congressman Timothy Johnson intervened on my behalf when the Danville VA hospital was unable or unwilling to treat a major health issue. While they have the capability to refer clients to the veterans hospital in Indianapolis, the Danville VA declined to do so.

A staff member in Johnson's office responded quickly and worked diligently to resolve the issue. Johnson does hear us and doesn't hesitate to work for us.
